Pasta con le Nonne

Adelaide Italian Festival event – Pasta con le Nonne. An interactive workshop where you will be taught to make pasta and roll it into cicatelli and to make amaretti biscuits. You will be coached by our talented Pasta Nonne. Italian lunch will then be shared of antipasto, ciccatelli and amaretti with coffee. Pasta Demonstration by Nadia Fragnito, author of ‘A Vegan Summer in Southern Italy’.
