Adelaide Italian Festival event – Pasta con le Nonne. An interactive workshop with Nadia Fragnito, author of ‘A Vegan Summer in Southern Italy’ and Molinara Club Member Grace Rillo, where participants were taught to make pasta and roll it into cicatelli and to make amaretti biscuits. Participants were coached by our talented Pasta Nonne. Italian lunch of antipasto, ciccatelli and amaretti with coffee was then shared.
